Do you have a brick-and-mortar location? Not at this time. We prepare and package all of our dry goods in our home-kitchen in Centreville, Virginia. We are testing the market to see if people like what we're offering. If so, we may eventually invest in a food truck or retail space. For now, you can purchase our dry mix and seasonings online However, we cannot ship the products to you. We must coordinate delivery or in-person pick-up.

Are your breading and batter mixtures gluten free? Yes. We use gluten free panko and gluten free flour for both the chicken breading and waffle mix.

Where can I try your hot chicken and waffles? We hope to participate as a food vendor at local events and farmer's markets in Northern Virginia. We will post to our Events page when we have a schedule.

Do you offer hot food delivery through apps like Door Dash, Grub Hub, and/or Uber Eats? Not at this time. But anything is possible. We are testing the market to see if people like what we're offering. Once customer demand supports it, we'll consider expanding to food delivery.

What kind of turn around time can I expect on my online order? We try to keep our fulfillment and delivery estimate information regularly updated on our site. Please feel free to email info@mothercluckers.co if you have specific questions about your order. We try to deliver orders within 2-5 days. Holiday season can slow us down (typically to a 10-14 day fulfillment), but our amazing team works super hard to get orders to your door as fast as we can.

How much is shipping? Because we adhere to Virginia's Cottage Laws, we cannot ship orders online. However, we do offer local delivery and in-person pick-up

What is your policy on returns? We want to make returns and refunds a simple and easy process within 30 days of purchase.
